As part of Dubai Arbitration Week 2025, ALAIDAROUS was pleased to host the only dedicated session on expert evidence on governing law, an exclusive event that brought together prominent voices in the field to unpack one of the most intricate aspects of international arbitration and court proceedings.

Expertly moderated by Prof. Georges Affaki (AFFAKI), the discussion featured Ali Al Aidarous, Managing Attorney at ALAIDAROUS, alongside Dr. Hassan Radhi, (Hassan Radhi & Associates), David Brynmor Thomas KC, Dr. Ali Almihdar (Outer Temple Chambers), Brendan Molck (Clyde & Co), Thomas R.
