Our Managing Partner Ali Al Aidarous participated in one of the panel discussions on the “Weight of the Parties’ intention in the interpretation of contracts in civil law systems”, with a focus on “current law and case law status in the UAE including comparative studies between Middle Eastern jurisdictions such as Egypt, GCC, Iran and Lebanon” alongside Judge Zalfa El Hassan, Judge Robert Spano, Prof. Sebastien Besson, Jean-Francois Tossens, Mark Henry, and Karim Nassif.
