ALAIDAROUS had the pleasure of hosting the ASA – Swiss Arbitration Association during Dubai Arbitration Week 2025 for their session “Swiss Arbitration for Middle Eastern Disputes – Achievements and Innovation.”

The session featured two insightful panels:

• A Practical Guide to Swiss Arbitration – Identifying Key Advantages, moderated by Laurence Ponty, with Ali Al Aidarous, Antonia Birt, Dilbert Devitre, and Sara Koleilat-Aranjo sharing their perspectives.
• Taming the Beast of Document Production: The ASA User Council’s Whitepaper, moderated by Korinna von Trotha, with Lara Hammoud, Ahmed Ibrahim, and Sheila Shadmand.
