Awad is Deputy Head of Litigation at Al Aidarous. His areas of expertise include Real Estate and Construction Disputes, Civil and Federal laws, UAE Taxes, Commercial Arbitration in Arabic, insurance cases, corporate and labor law, contract drafting, and providing clients with legal opinions. Awad has a history of groundbreaking achievements, notably initiating new types of cases before Dubai Courts concerning the voidance of Judgments and the jurisdiction of DIFC Courts. Prior to joining the firm, Awad held a Senior Legal Consultant role in a boutique law firm in the UAE.
