Mariam is an advocate in the Litigation Department. She represents the Firm’s clients before all levels of court, the public prosecution, police stations, rent committees, reconciliation committees in the UAE, across all areas of litigation. She possesses 12 years of experience as a lawyer and extensive experience and understanding of Legal codes and Government regulations.   

In her role as a litigator at Dubai Courts, Mariam has achieved many favorable judgments in several high-profile cases. Through her niche practice of being an arguing Counsel before the Honorable Judges at Dubai Courts Mariam has set up a benchmark for effective representation involving complex legal issues.
