Rakshit is a member of the Arbitration practice at the firm. He specialises in complex commercial disputes in common law and has extensive experience handling matters across multiple jurisdictions, including significant cases within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) frameworks.

Throughout his tenure with the firm, Rakshit has been instrumental in managing multi-million dollar arbitration proceedings, bringing valuable expertise to high-stakes commercial disputes. His practice encompasses cross-border transactions and international commercial arbitration, where he advises clients on strategic dispute resolution matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Rakshit gained substantial experience at two of India’s premier law firms where he honed his skills in international commercial law and developed a deep understanding of complex legal matters.
